U.S. stock futures were little changed during Monday night trade following a positive session for the major benchmark averages, led by gains in Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) following an upgrade from Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) analysts. Participants were looking ahead to important inflation data scheduled for release later this week. By 6:30pm ET (10:30pm GMT), the Dow Jones Futures remained unchanged, while the S&P 500 Futures and Nasdaq 100 Futures had both fallen by 0.1%. After reporting Q1 earnings per share of $1.19 versus $1.15 expected and revenues of $12.5 billion below $12.44 billion projected, Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) shed 8.7% in extended transactions. Investors will be keeping an eye on NFIB small business optimism, the Fed’s Redbook, and the budget balance Tuesday. In Monday’s session, the NASDAQ Composite rose 156.4 points or 1.1% to 13,917.9, the S&P 500 increased 30 points or 0.7% to 4,487.5, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 87.1 points or 0.3% to 34,663.7. United States 10-Year rates were 4.289% on the bond markets.
