According to a recent Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is considering permitting numerous Ethereum futures ETFs to be listed at the same time. This would be a big step forward for the cryptocurrency industry, as it would be the first time that -based ETFs would be available to US investors.
Notably, Volatility Shares has announced that an Ethereum futures ETF will be launched on October 12. What’s more, the SEC hasn’t asked the firm to withdraw its application since it was filed in July, indicating a positive outlook.
